At Connection From Here, we know life after religion can feel lonely, confusing, or isolating. You don’t have to walk it alone.
We’re Ashley (she/her), a secular chaplain, and Michele (she/her), a Gen Z environmental data scientist. Together, we share honest stories and offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support for those seeking connection, meaning, and community beyond religion.
Here you’ll find reflections on building authentic relationships, healing from religious disappointment or trauma, exploring secular spirituality, and rediscovering hope and purpose on your own terms.
